It stays fresh
The wine sits in an airtight bag that empties without letting air in. A glass tonight, another in three weeks: it tastes the same.

Bib-In, responsible wine imports in Bib · 100% trade
Bib-In imports organic and natural wines only in bag-in-box, for restaurants, bars, cafés, caterers and events. Your wine by the glass stays fresh for up to 6 weeks after opening, with no waste and at a fair price.
Why bag-in-box
The wine sits in an airtight bag that empties without letting air in. A glass tonight, another in three weeks: it tastes the same.
Less glass, more wine per truck, and packaging that's easy to recycle. We explain it all just below.
Less packaging and transport means a better price per litre. Your money goes into the wine, not the bottle.
The green side
The same good wine, with a much smaller impact on the planet. Here's where the difference comes from.
In a Bib, the packaging weighs barely 5.3% of the total. With a bottle, the glass is more than a third of the weight (35%).
No fragile glass, no wasted space: Bibs stack tightly, in boxes and on pallets. More wine moves in fewer trips.
The box always goes for recycling, and in most cases the bag can too.
For the same amount of wine, a Bib emits 8 times less CO2 than a glass bottle.
For bars & restaurants
How many bottles of wine do you serve a year?
Switch to 5 L Bibs and see what your venue saves every year.
Estimate: packaging for a 75 cl bottle ≈ 0.5 kg of CO2 and 400 g of glass; a Bib emits 8 times less for the same volume; average car ≈ 120 g of CO2 per km. Each green mark = 50 bottles.
In the glass
We work with winegrowers who respect their land. Most of our wines are organic, many are natural, and some are biodynamic.
No synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilisers in the vineyard. That's true of most of our wines.
Native yeasts, no fining or filtering, very little added sulphites. The wine expresses its grapes and its terroir.
Farming that goes further than organic and cares for life in the soil: estate-made compost, natural preparations, sometimes ploughing by horse. Some estates are Demeter certified.
Sizes
Pick a size to see how many 75 cl bottles and glasses it holds.
Once opened, a bag-in-box keeps for 4 to 6 weeks in a cool place.
Caterers and events
Wedding, reception, seminar, festival: enter the number of guests and how long it lasts, and we'll do the maths.
Mood
Our advice
Delivery from 6 Bibs. Rough estimate: 2 glasses per person in the first hour, then 1 glass per hour. Better to plan a little extra: an opened Bib keeps for weeks.

3. You prefer…
For trade
Wine by the glass with no waste: you serve what you sell, and an open box keeps for weeks.
Wine on tap
Absolutely. Our Bibs connect to a draught system, so you serve wine on tap, just like beer. And we take care of the installation too.
FAQ
4 to 6 weeks. The bag shrinks with every glass poured, so no air gets in and the wine doesn't oxidise.
Yes. The container doesn't change the wine: the bag protects it from air and light. Bibs are made for wines to drink within the year, not for ageing in a cellar.
Somewhere cool and dark. Whites and rosés go straight in the fridge, reds in a cool spot. Once opened, keep it upright with the tap at the bottom.
Separate the bag from the box. The box goes with paper and cardboard, the bag and tap with plastic packaging.
3 L, the same as 4 bottles, and 5 L, a little over 6 and a half bottles.
Yes, we deliver to businesses from 6 Bibs.
None. They're all names for the same thing: an airtight bag of wine inside a box, with a tap.
